    I read your post re:Fred Hampton and I’m wondering if you might be able to locate the full name of the CPD Internal Investigations (AID?) head who signed the report exonerating the CPD in Fred’s murder. His last name was McCarthy. I’d also like to locate a copy of that report.

        I struck out so far in looking for the report you wanted. After I wrote my article, I tossed my notes and research. I do have a recollection about that report though. I will keep trying.8
