Thanks. No it does not require a massive amount of work. I would encourage you to write regularly and be self-disciplined about it. I don’t have that much free time so I have to be efficient or I would not have time to write. No substitute for doing the work. Also I would encourage you to write about what you are passionate about. That makes it easier.
